These Terms govern your use of betgaminglab.com (the “Site”), operated by IT PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DMCC (“BetGamingLab”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is for

The Site presents BetGamingLab’s sports betting and iGaming products to gaming operators, platforms and other business partners. It is a business showcase. The Site does not offer gambling services, and nothing on it is an offer to place bets or play for money.

2. Demo games

• Demo games are provided only so that you can evaluate our products.
• They use play credits only: no real money, deposits, wagers, winnings, prizes or withdrawals. Play credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything.
• Demo results are for illustration. The versions supplied to operators, their settings and certification are defined in a separate agreement.
• We may change, suspend or remove any demo game at any time.

3. Age and local laws

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You are responsible for making sure that viewing and using the Site is lawful where you are.

4. Our content and rights

The games, characters, artwork, sounds, logos, trademarks, texts, presentations and other materials on the Site belong to BetGamingLab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may view the Site and download our presentation to evaluate a cooperation with us.
• You may not copy, change, distribute, publish, embed on other sites, sell or otherwise use our games or materials for any other purpose, or try to extract their source code, without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• break the law or the rights of others;
• try to get unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or the staff admin area, or disrupt their work;
• collect content or data from the Site with bots, scrapers or other automated means;
• send spam, malicious code or misleading information through the contact form.

6. Information on the Site

Descriptions, figures and other information on the Site are general and may change without notice. They are not a binding offer. Commercial terms apply only under a written agreement signed with BetGamingLab.

7. Links to other sites

The Site may link to sites run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. No warranty

The Site and the demo games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BetGamingLab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from the use of the Site or the demo games. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. By continuing to use the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
