Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information IT PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DMCC (“BetGamingLab”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit betgaminglab.com (the “Site”) and when our team uses the BetGamingLab business app connected to Google (the “BGL App”), why we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
The Site and the BGL App are operated by IT PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DMCC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which is responsible for the information described here. BetGamingLab is a B2B developer of sports betting and iGaming products. The Site is a showcase for gaming operators and partners; it does not offer gambling services.
2. Information we collect on the Site
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, company, email address, a subject and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss possible cooperation with you. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
When you browse
- Anonymous statistics. We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service: pages viewed, the referring site, browser, device type and country. Umami uses no cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not build personal profiles. You can switch it off — see Cookies and analytics.
- Server logs. Like any website, our servers process technical data such as your IP address, browser and the time of the request, to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
- Fonts. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser then connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- Demo games. Demo games open from our or our partners’ game servers, which process the same technical data to run the game. Demo play needs no account and involves no real money, so we do not ask for personal data there.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only optional feature is the anonymous Umami statistics described above. When you first visit, a notice lets you Accept or Decline it. Declining switches the statistics off in your browser; you can change your choice at any time:
To remember your choice, the Site keeps a small entry in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and you can delete it in your browser’s settings. Our staff admin area also uses local storage to keep its users signed in.
4. Google user data in the BGL App
The BGL App is an internal business tool that the BetGamingLab team uses to work with the company’s files — sales materials, presentations, outreach, partner documents, reports and operations — stored in BetGamingLab’s corporate Google Drive. When a team member signs in with Google, the App asks for permission to access Google data on their behalf.
What Google data the App receives
- Basic account information: your name, email address and profile picture, to sign you in.
- Google Drive files and folders in BetGamingLab’s corporate Drive: their names, folders, links, dates and owners, and the content of the corporate documents the App works with.
How the App uses it
- To show, open, create, organise and update BetGamingLab’s corporate files, and to link them to the App’s sales records (for example, a presentation sent to a partner).
- Access is needed only to work with BetGamingLab corporate files. The App is not designed to work with personal files.
- The App shows a file only to a signed-in user who has access to it in Google Drive. We do not otherwise read Google user data, except when you ask us to (for example, for support), when it is needed for security, or when the law requires it.
What we never do with Google user data
- We do not sell it.
- We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build user profiles.
- We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- We do not transfer it to anyone else, except to the service providers that run the App for us, to comply with the law, or with your consent.
BetGamingLab’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and deletion
The files themselves stay in Google Drive. The App keeps only what it needs to work — such as file IDs, names and links, and the sales records created in it — on the servers of our hosting provider. We delete the Google data the App keeps when it is no longer needed, and within 30 days after access is revoked or a deletion request is received, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
How to revoke access
- Open your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services (myaccount.google.com/connections), choose the BGL App and remove its access.
- A Google Workspace administrator can also block or remove the App for the whole organisation in the Admin console.
- You can ask us to delete the data the App keeps by writing to the address in Contact us.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and the App, and only as much as they need:
- DigitalOcean, LLC — hosting of the Site and the App;
- Resend — sending the messages from our contact form;
- Zoho Mail — our email, where those messages arrive;
- Umami — anonymous statistics;
- Google — Google Fonts on the Site, and Google Workspace and Drive for the App;
- professional advisers and public authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
If BetGamingLab is reorganised or sold, information may pass to the new owner under the same protections.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates, for example in the United States or the European Union. When they do, we rely on their contractual commitments and safeguards to protect it.
7. How long we keep information
- Contact form messages: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any cooperation that follows.
- Statistics: kept only as anonymous totals.
- Google user data in the BGL App: as described in section 4.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to us at the address below; we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
The Site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the information we keep is limited to the people who need it for their work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
10. Age restriction
The Site is meant for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change is significant, we will say so on the Site.
